I have a "Dell Docking station D3100 USB 3.0" to my laptop (Dell inspiron 15), and so far so good but sometimes the graphic is jerky. Its like the graphics is fine on my laptop display, but on the monitor it "delays" a little. Windows 10, everything is up to date. But its supply is 65W, I saw 130W one, could it help?
