"Error: Unable to access the BIOS Monotonic Protocol." Cannot update BIOS
Hello. I have an Inspiron 15-7569 running Windows 10 Home. I am trying to run Dell's BIOS update from May 2019, but when I run it I get the message "Error: Unable to access the BIOS Monotonic Protocol." I did find one other post mentioning this problem, but the link in the solution no longer works. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem when trying to update my computer.
