I use Dell Inspiron 5580. The laptop freezes when I touch it.

Even after many technician visits dell is not able to repair it and technician has caused damage to laptop body.
Now Tech support is harassing me by asking me to delete my OS. Some say that it is a software issue, we can't help.

They have wasted my time and caused further damage to my laptop.

Also , the problem that i am currently facing occurred due to the fault of the technician after a he opened up my laptop.

I want a replacement as Dell is inable to repair my laptop and has further damaged it. What can i do as the technical support is not helping.
