Inspiron 7490 - Lost touchpad

Hello

This morning I booted my laptop and no touchpad reaction. With a mouse I went under the Hardware manager and under Mouse I just have a USB mouse, no touchpad hardware. I ran the F12 diagnostic and the touchpad is ok. But under Windows 10 nothing. I was not able to find any specific touchpad driver for the inspiron. Am I the only one having this ? Do you have any advice on how I can get back the touchpad ? Thanks for your help.

Recently, I have purchased the Dell Laptop from Reliance Retail store known as "Reliance Digital" in Mumbai, India.

I can see on the Dell Support Portal, the S/N seems to be expired. I do not understand how the service expired when I purchased the laptop 2 week back? Also, I am facing an issue with the touchpad which is not working at all and hence, I have to attach an external mouse to drop email to Dell Support Centers.

In addition to above, I have been with the Dell for the past 9+ years and never ever faced such problems in any of the multiple devices in the past however, now it seems trust and faith is lost.
