Like many others in this forum, I have a laptop with broken hinges that is still under warranty. This laptop has been handled with the utmost care, has never been dropped or mistreated, and rarely leaves the desk it sits on.

I'm hoping that a Dell rep will contact me so I can arrange to get this repaired at no cost to me.
