I recently acquired a Inspiron mini 1012.

 

I need to reinstall Windows 7 but the previous owner gave me everything except a windows 7 install dvd

 

How can I obtain or make a bootable usb/dvd to reinstall Windows 7, I suppose Windows 10 doesn't work on this machine?
