I recommend you to uninstall the Touchpad driver in Device manager. Click on ‘Start’ and in the search box type ‘Device Manager’, and from the list, click on ‘Device Manager’ folder. In the device manager window,click on the triangle to the left of ‘Mice and other pointing Devices’, Right click on the Touch pad and uninstall the driver.
