How to resolve - ALPS driver has found IOCTL error: 320

Hi

I'm seeing this error whenever I turn on my laptop ( Dell Latitude E6420). How do correct this?

Here is a screenshot if it helps.

Thanks in advance.

This Error message means that you have a corrupt driver or the hardware has failed. Alps make the touch mouse on most laptops and if the touch mouse shorted out then the driver will fail to install. Try going to control panel and uninstall any Alps programs. Do it one by one then reboot after each uninstall. You can then see which program gave you the error. Make sure you have an external mouse connected to your laptop first. If you uninstall several at a time, then you won't know which program was giving you problems

For me, the error appeared immediately after installing Windows 10. It seems like I need a new driver. Where do I obtain it?
