Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade my laptop from its 1TB (7200rpm) to an SSD whilst still maintaining a 1TB capacity.

From what I've seen on some forums is that the M.2 slot only supports up to 512GB on a 2x, please clarify if I'm wrong.

My second option is an Samsung 860 EVO 2.5" 1TB/HP S700 Pro 1TB, will i be able to install that while still getting full Read/Write speeds? Not too sure if my laptop will support it as the OM states the maximum is SATA-4. **I have a stock 48Wh battery

Please advise on the best possible configuration as I know already I can have dual drives without giving up my WWAN card.
