alienware support is really bad, its almost imposible to get a confirmed account to directly enter alienware support, its good dell buyed them,

ALIENFX IS ONE OF THE COOLEST THINGS IN ALIENWARE, BUT WHEN IT WILL BE REALLY USEFULL, as far as today, the "new email" event doesent work, and its lame that alienfx only comes with one event to handle, there are no actual plugins even that alienfx has third party acces, some games taken this advantages, and i saw a winamp and pidgin messenger plugin, but thats it, why is not supported by alienware to do this with windows messenger, emails, games, and other notifications, ALIENFX HAS THE POTENTIAL IS JUST THEY DIDENT WORKED ON THIS, its a waste that the events or adding .exe programs doesent work at all, and there is no other place i could find to post this,

WILL THE ALIENFX EVER HAVE A UPDATE???????????????????????
