When I first start up my PC, the system resources are at 90% - 94%, but when I run an application, it goes down to about 87%. When I'm online, it goes down to about 60% - 64%...I talked to a Dell representative before, and he said that 90% is normal...not 64%. On all the PCs I've seen (Win95 and Win98), resourcse are always at about 90%...
