I have a Dimension 4100 running A10 and Windows 2000.  I plan to upgrage to XP Pro.

 

When the machine is booted, immediately aftter the Dell OEM screen displays, a BIOS screen detailing all the installed hardware displays and the boot sequence stops.  I must then press the 'del' key for the boot sequence to continue.  How do I avoide having to press the 'del' key?

 

Also, the 'Plug and Plan O/S' setting is set to 'no'.  Should I change it to 'yes'?
