Today, after 15 months of flawless performance, the 8 specialized buttons at the top of my keyboard, and the round audio controls in the upper right corner, are totally non-responsive. Cannot mute, change volume, activate mail, etc. I have downloaded and executed R44838.exe, which I thought might fix it, but no positive results.

I see in Control Panel>Keyboards it says the keyboard is a "HID Keyboard Device", which is what it was before this problem started. Any thoughts on how to get this keyboard fully functional again?
