Dimension 8300 owners,

What type of CPU cooling fan has Dell put in these new systems. Are they the JMC\Datech Fans or NMB. Just curious since there were lots of complaints concerning the Datech fans in the 8200-8250 series. Also does the system run quiet or is it noisy. Thanks for all replies.
