Voodoo video driver - new, lost Web TV
I loaded (from Dell downloads) and installed the latest driver for Voodoo, VD 39222.exe Win 98 Video, V4.12.01.9222. Supposed to be for Win 98 2nd Ed, and the Coppermine chip.
Now my TV tuner and web Tv will not display. I get an error messge about the surface overlay not available, to try a different refresh rate and something else. I tried a different refresh rate; didn't help.
I don't want to go back to the old driver, if I can get this one to work.
After installing the new driver, there was a message to 'now install Directx'. But I figured I already had it. (I do, but should it be 're-installed'?
Dell 991 monitor, XPST600r.
