Hello ; 

I have a Dell inspiron core i3 , and I have a problem with audio since I bought it :

when I switch to headphone "plug in headphone" or remove them the sounds don't work any more and the box in the taskbar freezes and don't respond until the computer is restarted

what should I do ?!
