Hi, I was wondering if anyone was having the same issues with the E440 and E7450 series.

 

E6440 & E7450 - We are getting a lot of the same issues relating to when the laptop has been un-docked and when trying to use it, it's a black screen and no other buttons can be used. Only thing you can do is force a shutdown. Also when trying to connect the laptop to a external monitor or projector the laptop crashes and you need to force a shutdown.

E7450 - We are also having a issue when the laptop is docked one of the monitors are flickering - un-docking and re-docking resolves this but I don't know what's creating the flickering.

All the laptops we are using are brand new out of the box and all drivers are up to date through Dell's website.

I have searched through quite a few forums trying to find some of the solutions but nothing has worked.. anyone had the same experience and figured it out?
