hi guys.

i bought my studio 1747 about 3 weeks ago and i am having 2 serious issue.

the first issue is i can not access maximum speed of cpu that is 2.93GHZ.my maximum speed that i can access is 2.7ghz and this is the peek speed:(.so i googled and i found this link about replacing the charger from 90w to 130w.

 My adapter is 90w!after i read this link than i called dell south africa.The dell service agent said to me they have no information about replacing the adapters???!!is that really correct?

 what can i do about that?

 my second issue : Laptop is overheating from under the touchpad area.i mean it is really heating :)dell technician recommed me to replace motherboard..is that also correct?i mean i just got my laptop that is 1 month old.do you guys think my  motherboard is faulty?
