Old battery showed only 3 green lights and 4 orannge flashes then one green one.  Bought a new battery to replace it.  New one showed ZERO green lights, flashes one orange and one green constantly, and when booting system states that it can not recognize this Dell battery and so will not charge it.  It is a valid battery for this laptop that I bought at a reputable place but not Dell. I also upadated my BIOS to A09 and all the system tests and diagnotics pass.

I am looking for avenues to test and try to get my system to recognize this battery and start charging it. I also have an email into the place I bought the battery from to see that they replace it since there are no green lights that activate on it at all and it was charged at 38% and goes down from there as I try things.

please help....
