Recently bought a inspirion 15Z (touch) with windows 8 - heavily used by my daughter offcourse for ex. facebook

Now i have the following strange behaviour

if i use the explorer (from the start screen) , it's not possible to start a chat screen ... (the option is not appearing)

if I use the internet explorer (from the desktop view) , i can start a chat screen (the webcam is dedected)  - the plugin could be installed - the 'video' screen is presented but no possible to have any voice

any idea ?
