Screen display issue? (Help!)

Hello, I have an Alienware 17 that began to have display issues since yesterday. None of what I found on already existing topics or the general internet seems to have worked or actually corresponded to what I have, so here I am asking for help.

Three faint lines have appeared on the upper third of my screen. They don't appear to be dead or stuck pixels, as they still display the correct color but are always lighter than what they should be except on pure black. One of them, the central one, is WAY more visible than the others, but they all sort of fade towards the screen's border, being more visible dead in the center.

I can provide a (albeit low quality) photo if needed.

I've connected another screen to the computer, and can comfirm that they do no appear on the two other displays tested. I've also tried different resolutions, updating all drivers drivers, and disabling my graphic cards, and the lines never change, so I've concluded that this is probably an issue on the screen or the connectors themselves? It seems to be there even before windows starts.

I don't really know what to do from here though. How do I go about fixing it? What could be the cause, even? Can I send the screen to repair, or is it not even at fault? My computer seems to think everything is fine as usual (except for the fact that my battery has been long dead, but since I never use it, I never replaced it), so I'm looking for smarter people to tell me what I need to know from here.

Here are some notable specs, tell me if you need anything else, I'm still kind of confused about doing these in english:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4800MQ CPU @ 2.70GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Plug-and-Play generic Monitor

Being an artist, this is kind of a big deal as it's hard to escape having this thing in the middle of my work when I'm working, and I'd like to get it fixed before it potentially gets worse.

(Not sure if it's linked, but I recently had the monitor's driver act up, uninstalling and reinstalling itself over and over without me doing anything when I tried to update it to fix the lines, but I fixed it now and the lines sure are the exact same. Figured I'd mention it in case it's important)
