If I restart my XPS M1530 with the USB thumb drive inserted the laptop will not reboot.  I am forced to remove the thumb drive, hold the power button until it shuts down, restart, then insert the thumb drive.

 

In BIOS my boot sequence is:  Hard Drive, CD/DVD and then USB. 

 

I have tried with three brands of thumb drives; same problem with all.

 

Any ideas?
