Hi I just purchased a new 17 LCD monitor to upgrade my viewing pleasure. My Dell 8200 Dimension does not want to fit the Dell Logo and windows splash screen on the monitor at startup. It is like the screen is split. When I get to the desktop everything is fine. Resolution of the new monitor is set at a recomended 1280x1024 with a 60HZ refresh rate. I did not have this problem with my 15 LCD monitor. The new monitor has the correct driver along with the video card. Any ideas!
