I bought the U2415 5 days ago.
Its a great monitor but I noticed eyestrain even with small amount of usage.
Until yesterday i compared the two monitors side by side and found out the U2415 has a lot of glow. Even at low brightness settings I can feel eyestrain and the glow doesn't matter if its daylight or at night. Even black image doesnt look right, it definitely is not black.

First, Dell monitors are not validated in a full dark room. Second, based on those pictures, they all meet our manufacturer specifications for overall uniformity.
