Hi,

I've read almost every post about how to troubleshoot this and haven't been able to make it work. I've been using my U3415W with no problems up until last week, I disconnected a few cables and then left on vacations. When I got back, I connected everything back and now I can't get the U3415W to exit PSM (power save mode). What am I missing? It says there is no signal coming out of my computer and I can't get into the OSD menu either. I have a MacBook Pro with USB c ports and I'm using mDP port to connect to the U3415W (IN). Can you please point me on the right direction on how to solve this? I am using the same cables and same computer I was using before.
