I was apalled that Dell asks $59.95 for answering questions about Dell products.  I've got a new Dell desktop and cannot manage some of the software that came with it, specifically Windows Live Mail.  Is there any help out there?  When I compose e-mail, it's all in the color red.  I see the where there is a choice of colors, but when I click it, it only changes the font to black for that message, then goes back to red.  Can anyone intercede the computer gods to alleviate this situation?
