Server is not working we get the error on display screen on server. Error is:
CPU1 CPU0000 Internal error (IERR). Contact Support

Hi @mohammad.karimi,
How many CPUs you have in the server? If you have multiple, could you swap CPU1 with CPU2 to check the error. If single CPU, you can try removing the CPU and reseat it, be careful not to bend the socket pins. If it doesn't help, shutdown the server, remove the power cables from the power supply. Press and hold the power button of the server for 15seconds. Then install power cables back into the power supply and turn on the server to check issue.
If this does not work, you can try removing all components except the components below, and power it on.
System Board
CPU1 with heat sink (minimum for troubleshooting)
Single DIMM configuration with DIMM in socket A1
Control panel with cable (to the power system on)
Power supply unit (and PDB/PIB)
Does iDRAC work?
