Hello

We are about to install a software that we have developed for our client. But prior to installation we would like the server to have sufficient resources to run the applications smoothly. I am not sure of how to identify the right requirements. Could anyone please help me?

The client has a Dell 6400 Poweredge server. The software that will be running on this server will be:

Windows 2000, SQL Server 2000.

Through network, 20 workstations will work with the server simultaneously. This will be done on purpose to test the server and the application.

In order for this to go smoothly, I need a way to come up with a proper configuration. I will need to know the minimum amount of RAM, harddisk, processing power, etc. that will be required.
