I am looking into purchasing a poweredge rack server and am wondering what ones would meet my needs.

I need to have a server to store data from a plant for up to 2 years for a total storage size of 9.8TB and need to be able to meet the network requirements of a streaming load of 2.3 Mbps and bandwidth for 30% utilization of 7.9 Mbps.

I was thinking the PowerRack R620 or the PowerRack R820 would be able to fulfill my needs, can someone please clarify for me which my best options would be?
