Hi,

I have replaced a 120T DLT7000 Autoloader recently because a cleaning tape was stuck in the drive. After the Autoloader replacement, the backup jobs were failed when tried to write to tape in slot 3. In the BackupExec log, it shown as "Media mount failed. User aborted a Physical Volume Library operation."

I called Dell support to replace the Autoloader again, but same problem happened after the second Autoloader replacement.

Please advise.
