Hey Community,

I am looking to upgrade a 5810 with a Nvidia 2080 card and the card requires a 6 and 8 pin connection. I have upgraded the unit's power supply to 825 but my next problem is with the power supply extender card. The new power supply did not come with a new one and the current one that I have only has one 8 pin port and one spare SATA I could theoretically use. I'd rather not use the SATA. Is there other models of the extender card in the Dell inventory that I could purchase and have either two 8 pins or best case would be a 6 and 8 pin port on the card. I also think that post is missing some info since a 6 pin to 8 pin adapter would not draw enough power if their card had two 6 pin ports
