I was trading some e-mails with Portuguese technical support and they stop answering. After 2 weeks and 2 reminders, no answer. Is this normal in technical support? At least for me is not the first time in this bad experience.
Out internal team has been able to review your system report and see that the temperature reached 104°C (the max Temperature for this processor is 100°) one time and there’s an alert about it. But we you have so many 3D software installed on the system, so having a 3D software running for a long period of time will increase the usage of the CPU and GPU. Also, with that the temperature will go high along with the RPM from the FAN.
Does the system shutdown or have any as we did not see any throttling?
To have a clear statement, we’ll need a report with 2 hours of usage. Please use the system for about 2 hours and share the report with us.

Hi there,
How have you been?
We got an update form our internal team but they've not been able to isolate the point of failure with the details you've shared.
Would you be able to use the system for about an hour and capture the recording of the hearing and share it with us?
