Hello there ,

My precision 7750 is constantly over 88-90 degrees Celsius, the laptop starts using the fans on max speed 2 mins after booting and never stops even in idle mode. The fans seem to be working at full speed but the laptop never significantly cools down. This is a major issue for me since running anything more demanding than a browser basically turns the laptops performance down to abyss.

This is the precision with an i9 intel CPU i am not sure if this is the culprit.

It is really disappointing how such a high end expensive workstation has such a critical issue. 

 

I have scanned several times for hardware issues using Support Assist and everything is ok.

Thermal management in Dell power Manager is set to optimized. I have tried Cool too but it just throttles performance so much the laptop is unusable.

 

I would appreciate some help.
