I bought this printer a few years ago with a new desktop running Vista service pack 2.  In the last few months I am having major problems.  First, losing print communications.  Next, printing stops in the middle of a page.  Next, it will not allow me to cancel/delete a print job, and finally when I reboot it sometimes prints the last document that is in the que again.  I have updated the drivers and firmware as far as I know.  Any suggestions?
