Recently, I tried to burn a cd (something I have been able to do ever since the computer was purchased) and was unable to. It said that we have no CD writer. I dont know how this is possible, as I previously have been able to make 100s of CD's.

 

I tried using the Dell resource CD to reintstall the drive, but it still will not work.

 

Does anyone know what the problem may be or how it came about? How can I get this fixed?
