DVD/CD not working
I have a Dimension 8200.DVD/CD-Romdrive problem. Device Manager-HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8400B has a yellow ! Liteon DVD-ROM LTD163 has a yellow ! In add hardware I get Windows cannot start hardware, information in the registry is incoplete or damaged. CODE 19. Not sure what happen know little about computers.
