Here's the problem. I've gone to dell.com and to dvdrwservices.com, and I have no idea which update I need. I have a dimension 8400, and every update I try to download it tells me can't read or drive not supported. I was burning dvd's just fine until I bought these memorex 8x write speed. The drive in my computer apparently goes up to 16x, but I'm just not sure what I download. Can anyone help?
