Okay, I have searched, scanned, etc. every website I know of to find the driver for the following:  Dell Dimension 1100/B110 for the TSST-Firmware for a TS-H492C

I have version 5.1.2535.0, dated 7/1/2001, DE02

I cannot locate this for my PC.  I have been getting  an error message that says: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)".  I have tried to update it....won't let me....tried to unistall it....won't let me....

Can anyone help me - my PC works perfectly fine except I can use my CD/DVD drive.  I have even tried to buy an external CD/DVD drive, but it won't let me override the installed one ......
