    Hi Whitetasia,

We need the model of your Dell and your operating system.

When you say the drivers are "missing", what do you mean? Is there an error or other driver problem indicated in device manager?

when i said missing i really mean not there, as in missing. there weren't there. they weren't on the disk, well i assume they are on the disk but must of been error while in stalling but they wont install now. but forget it i went to this page,

    ftp://ftp.dell.com/Pages/Drivers/vostro-3550.html#Network

and just keep downloading wireless stuff until it was fixed. then made a restore point that had it.

thank goodness you guys have that page set up on here

I've found that the service tags don't always list the full correct compliment of system drivers and also prefer the Dell ftp website.
