My computer is acting up and I wanted to run the self-tests. I clicked on run full scan and it had me download support assist launcher. I then try to run it but I get a message that says the launcher setup was canceled as it can only be run on a Dell or Alienware. This IS a Dell. It is an Inspiron 5558. Please help.
