Hi. So i've been reading similar posts from the community, but these are dated a while back ago. i would've expected Dell to have done something about this by now. i use an inspiron 3481 and i've been trying to update my support assist. It did'nt work, it just kept on loading an hour only to say failed eventually. So i read from someone who fixed his by uninstalling and downloading it back from the support site. i did the same, but now the installer w'ont even open. When i open it it just open a split second and vanishes. Please help.
