Tablet is showing a Bitlocker screen and asking for a number key to open windows. I don't recall ever having to create such a recovery number. My computer is locked and unusable. Does anyone know how to open windows and what is Bitlocker?  It says that it has occured from either failed login attempts or a computer malfunction. I need the tablet to complete school work and can't access any files. Need some help ASAP!!!
