Performance issues Unity 400

hi

I have Unity 400 with 18x1.2 10K in a Pool with Raid5 and 2x400GB SSD Fast Cache

This Storge connected to 6ESXi host with 2port per SP via EMC Brocade SAN Switch

and Create 3 LUN on pool .

I have Very low Bandwidth and Have Latency (100-400ms) and Veeam Backup Speed Maximum 30MBps when Backup VM on Host and maximum IOPS reach 1500

Hello Hemmati,

What is your current OE version? Did you create a Dynamic or Traditional pool? When you configured you pool did you use the follow guide or no? https://dell.to/3NeKzTg

hello

Is it possible to change the pool type from traditional pools to dynamic pools without losing data?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. It requires deleting the pool and creating a new one.

Hello
I changed the POOL type from Traditional to Dynamic and what happened to the device was that the write speed to the LUN increased to 390 Mbps, but the read speed is 30 Mbps.
