It scales far larger than anything VMWare offers, with better performance
It has far more capability to create alerts and send them wherever needed, based on almost any rules you can think of.
It can be customized extensively, without impacting upgradability;
It has an extensive capability for end-users to create their own reports and dashboards, and then share them with others.
It can monitor things within the VMs (processes, etc.), rather than just stopping at the surface of the VM.
It can expand to monitor many other things besides VMWare, such as Hyper-V, Databases, Middleware, Applications, backups, etc. and integrate the other data with the VMWarea data, should that become advantageous to the client.
