Hello,

I have a C521, today I got a virus and haven't been able to remove it with Trojan remover, or windows defender. I'm unable to run Malware Bytes, and now can't even run the computer in safe mode. Can someone please tell me what I should do next. I'm not able to do a hijack this log either.
