Heating issue - VOSTRO 5490

I bought my laptop around August and there is a major heating issue with this laptop. Please help me solve this. I also ran the DELL diagnostics but it did not help.

Open [360 Security Guard]-[Functions]-[Hardware Master]-[Temperature Monitoring], check the temperature, if there is a red display, or 360 Hardware Master will sound an alarm, suggesting to detect the heat dissipation of the machine. 1. High computer temperature is generally caused by poor heat dissipation inside the machine. It is recommended to find a professional physical repair shop to remove dust and add thermal grease. Users who have no experience in disassembly are advised to operate with caution to prevent hardware damage caused by improper operation and thus unnecessary economic losses to you. If it is within the warranty period of the notebook, it is recommended to go to the local after-sales center for maintenance, otherwise the disassembly may affect the future warranty service.
