Hi, I need to perform a PC Restore to bring my Inspiron 6000 back to the factory settings. I've had two use PC Restore a few times already, but for some reason I can't get the Ctrl + F11 function to work this time???

I do have a set of windows XP reinstall disks, but I would much rather just use the pc restore function. Why would this not be available for me to use again? Could it have been deleted?

Also, the disks I have are windows XP, while I'm using windows XP Pro. Would this make a differene?
