This is really weird....

I turned my computer off one night (made sure it turned off), and the next morning when I go to boot it up, it gives me the blue screen of death saying there is unmountable volume. I take it to CompUSA and the tech guy says that Windows needs to be re-installed.

I'm re-installing windows and find out that my entire C Drive was erased?

HOW THE HECK DID THIS HAPPEN OVERNIGHT?

Would my security software have anything to do with it? (I have ZoneAlarm, and it updated and scanned the night before this all happened)

I was fine with McAfee, but after I switched to ZoneAlarm, I've had viruses galore!


I've finally got Windows re-installed, but all my files got erased. I've gotta start fresh!!
