I'm kind of lost on what to do here. My computer just isn't starting up right. I turn it on and it just sit there with a black screen and blinking _ for a very long time and then eventually it goes to the Windows Me screen, but it just stays there. It doesn't do anything. My start menu never comes up. Nada, nothing. ;X

Someone in another forum told me that if all the lights at the back of my computer went green then that part was okay and the problem must be with the operating system, so that's why I posted here.

Can anyone help me? :X
