I just purchased a new E520 with Vista Home Premium. There is a 90 day trial version of Norton's Internet Security which I don't want. I asked a Dell tech if I could remove it and install my own full version. He told me how and I followed his instructions but it did not uninstall properly. It is still in the programs and features list and when I attempt the uninstall again it says "specified module could not be found."

 

It's also conflicting with windows firewall because I can't turn it off.

 

How can I complete this uninstall and remove it totally from my computer?
